Payment:
Payment for your chosen domain(s) is due at the time of purchase. We accept various forms of payment including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms.
Domain Transfers:
As soon as a successful payment is established, we will contact you with instructions to complete the transfer of your domain(s). The transfer process is dependent on you creating an account with our domain registrar (Porkbun). Once you have created an account, you will need to send us your account username, so we can initiate the transfer of domain ownership to your account. Finally, you will receive an email to accept this transfer and once accepted, the domains will become available in your account. We are not responsible for the services provided by Porkbun and you will be required to accept their terms of service upon creating an account.
Domain Ownership:
All domains listed on this website are owned by Design Domains. Upon purchasing a domain from us, we will transfer ownership of that domain to you in accordance with the domain transfer process outlined above.
Ongoing Domain Fees:
Once the transfer of ownership of a domain is complete, you are responsible for the payment of any ongoing fees required by the registrar (Porkbun) to retain ownership of the domain.
Refunds:
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will issue a refund. Please note that once the domain transfer process has started, no refunds will be given.
Warranty
Each domain is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
Design Domains holds exclusive ownership of all intellectual property rights pertaining to our online service, encompassing website, design, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, and these rights are safeguarded by the relevant laws.
Your Suggestions
Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements or suggestions (collectively, "Suggestions") provided by you to Design Domains with respect to the website shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Design Domains. Design Domains shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the Suggestions for any purpose and in any way without any credit or any compensation to you.
Children's Privacy
Our Website is not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any personal information on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this Website.
